Description
Our client located in Butler, PA, is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst. The successful candidate will work with the business unit to define business requirements, develop business processes, validate business processes against the system, organize and execute user testing and participate in end user training. The applicant will also advise the business units on information system technologies’ functionality, costs, benefits, and implementation requirements. Finally, the candidate will own the functional requirements and sign off that the initial business requirements are being delivered with the end solution. Responsibilities: - Oversee all implementation and execution of project and performance criteria - Create and maintain accurate project status information - Participate in annual budgeting process to set scope, sizing and resourcing needs - Develop business process and functional specification - Test quality assurance and be the primary contact for production issue escalations - Gather important data necessary for troubleshooting - Develop and train end user groups and test user acceptance Requirements: - Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field - 5 + years of related experience - Understanding of ERP systems and business processes - Experience in project management - Knowledge of business process review and improvement - Experience implementing and enhancing the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and system methodology/techniques - Experience working with vendors in the hardware, software, and telecommunications space - Understanding of current software engineering and solution delivery methodologies Why Pittsburgh? http://www.consultusa.com/whypittsburgh.html How to Apply: - For consideration, email MS Word resumes to Amanda@consultusa.com - Please include position number 5754 in the subject line when applying ConsultUSA is an Equal Opportunity Employer
